Founded and operated by Jonathan Paul & Dimitri Rojas– Perfect Frame exclusively focused on achieving the best results in eyebrow microblading. Our Artists use the latest techniques to create a Perfect Frame for your face. Whether you have light eyebrows, no eyebrows, or partial eyebrows, a microblading procedure can give you natural, flawless, fuller looking brows. The results can last anywhere from 12 to 18 months, depending on different factors affecting the procedure.

JONATHAN PAUL
Jonathan Paul founded Perfect Frame in 2016 with the intention of elevating hyper-realism in cosmetic tattooing and is the first and only Microblading Artist to be recognized by a major fashion house, being acknowledged by Louis Vuitton in their 2021 travel guide for his unique ability to create "eyebrow art".
Rachelle is the owner of an independent Cosmetic Tattoo Shop in Long Beach, Wildflower Beauty and Brows, where she performs several methods of brow tattooing along with Lip Blushing services. Rachelle's strength lays in her technical abilities where she has mastered both depth and application as well as an expert eye in color matching.

Fernanda has been Microblading for over 4 years and has an extensive background when it comes to knowledge and technical application. Aesthetically her work is versatile, ranging from minor enhancements to major transformation - but what remains consistent is her ability to generate some of the crispest healed results in the industry.

Mayra is a true Artist who brings her personality and deep connection to every appointment. Through her understanding of the client and comfort level she delivers a customized shape based on their end goals. Mayra specializes in creating super natural brows that blend beautifully with the natural hairs.
